Megan Carlson joined Box Financial Advisors in January 2016, where she takes pride in leading the Operations Team, which includes business process specialists, client service associates, and assistant advisors.
As part of the Box Financial team, Megan manages and creates strategic processes, trains employees, troubleshoots any problems, and coordinates communication between teams as well as strategic partners. She is responsible for creating and managing strategic partnerships, specifically with IT support, CRM partners, equipment suppliers, project managers, and financial advisors.
Megan graduated from Bethel University in 2015 with a degree in Media Communication. She later went on to complete her MBA at Bethel in 2025.
